There are many different ways to use our glass jars. You can do some DIY at home and reuse it but if you don’t know what to do then here’s what we offer; If you have collected 5 Surprise Elements Jars that you ordered, we will happily take them back.

All you have to do is:

1. Wash them with soap thoroughly; no need to remove the stickers.

2. Dry the jars completely.

3. Pack them safely using paper padding to prevent breakage in transit.

4. Connect with us, and we will arrange a pickup from your location.

5. Print the shipping slip and stick it on the box.

6. Voila! It will come back to us.

We have a sterilisation process set at our studio, we sterilise all our containers before putting the product in it.
