Are your products natural?
We carefully select the ingredients that go into our products and aim to keep our formulations thoughtful and uncomplicated.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made in our studio in Calmshet, Maharashtra, in small batches.
Will my handmade product look exactly like the picture?
There may be subtle differences.
Handmade products can naturally vary from one batch to another. The colour, shape, pattern or texture may differ slightly from the product photograph while the product itself remains true to its formulation.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, choose the products you’d like, add them to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?

Can I order products as gifts?

Why Handmade?
Why should I choose handmade soap over regular soap?
Handmade soap is made with a different approach.
Our soaps are crafted in small batches using carefully selected oils, butters, clays and other ingredients chosen for their individual properties. The process allows us to focus on the formulation, texture, scent and experience of every batch.
For us, a bar of soap is more than something that simply cleanses. It is part of a small everyday ritual.
Is handmade soap actually soap?
Yes.
Our traditional handmade soaps are made through the process of saponification, where oils and butters react with sodium hydroxide to create soap.
Once the process is complete, the finished soap does not contain the sodium hydroxide used to make it.
Why does handmade soap feel different from commercial soap?
The formulation and making process can be quite different.
Our handmade soaps are formulated using oils and butters rather than relying on a long list of unnecessary fillers. The result is a bar with its own texture, lather, scent and character.
You may notice that a handmade bar behaves differently from the soap you have used for years. Give it a little time — your skin and your senses may appreciate the change.
My skin feels tight after washing. Will handmade soap help?
That tight, squeaky feeling after cleansing can be a sign that your skin isn't particularly fond of what you're using.
Our soaps are formulated with carefully selected oils and butters and are designed to cleanse while offering a more considered bathing experience.
However, everyone's skin is different. If your skin is particularly sensitive or you have a known skin condition, we recommend checking the ingredients and choosing accordingly.
Will handmade soap dry out my skin?
Skin responds differently to different formulations.
We formulate our bars with a considered blend of oils and butters rather than creating a one-formula-fits-all product. We also recommend allowing your soap to dry properly between uses, which helps the bar last longer and maintain its texture.
If your skin is sensitive, always check the complete ingredient list before using a new product.
Why do handmade soaps cost more than some supermarket soaps?
A handmade bar involves a very different process.
Our soaps are made in small batches, using selected ingredients, and are handled through several stages before they reach you. They are cut, finished, checked and packed by hand.
You aren't simply buying a cleansing bar. You're choosing a product made with attention to its ingredients, formulation and making process.
Why are your soaps not perfectly identical?
Because they're handmade.
Each batch can have subtle differences in colour, pattern, texture, shape or finish. These variations are a natural part of small-batch making and don't affect the intended use of the product.
Think of them as little reminders that your soap wasn't made on a conveyor belt.
Why does my handmade soap have a different colour from the one shown online?
Natural ingredients, botanicals, clays, oils and the handmade process can create subtle variations between batches.
Photography and screen settings can also affect how colours appear online.
The product you receive may therefore have slight differences in appearance from the photograph on our website.
Does handmade mean better?
Handmade doesn't automatically mean better. What matters is how the product is formulated, what goes into it and how thoughtfully it is made.

Are handmade soaps more environmentally conscious?

Why are handmade soaps often scented differently from conventional soaps?
We think scent should be part of the experience, not something that simply follows you around.
Our fragrances are chosen to complement each soap and the mood we're creating around it. Some are fresh and bright, some warm and comforting, and some are deliberately quiet.
