Do you ship Internationally?


At the moment we only ship within India (standard shipping rates apply). But you want to place an order or gift someone in other countries then ping us on instagram @surpriseelements or write us at ashwini@surpriseelements.in. We will be glad to do it.




How long will it take to receive my shipment?


We process orders within 1-3 business days of receipt.

We ship from studio in Mumbai & also from Pune




Do you offer expedite shipping?

Surprise Elements packaging?


Our bars and soaps come wrapped in parchment or craft paper. This may result in the oils leaking into the paper, but should not compromise the integrity of the bars or their performance. If the paper is clean when your order arrives, please recycle or compost it.




Are your products organic?


Many of our products are made with organic, wild harvested ingredients. We take extreme care sourcing our ingredients.




Why should I use natural skincare products?


In this unregulated cosmetics industry in the India, so we believe it is neccesary that customers have access to the safest, most effective skincare options. We take great care to ensure that each of our products are just that: safe and effective.




How do I join Surprise Clique and become VIP Elements? I hear they get emails with news, special offers, and occasional freebies!!


Yes, Just join our mailing list and become a VIP Element of our community. You will get 1 - 2 emails a month, so no worries about having your inbox flooded with soapy goodness! There are different perks of different types of members so don't forget to check out members page after you signup.




How many days does it take to deliver products?


We have a 1-3 day processing period with which to fulfill your order and then, once it leaves our care, our shipping partners ships in 1-3 days.




Do you accept wholesale orders / custom soap requests?


Yes we do but we need 1-2 months advance notice for soaps and 2 weeks notice for all other products. For more info, Click Here




Oops! have sent the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?


It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.




Do you send PR or free goodies to potential customers, Bloggers, YouTubers, Etc.?


No, we do not. Regardless, thanks for being interested in our company and we hope that you take the leap and invest in us as fellow creators and small business owners!




How long can I wait to open and use your Artisan Soaps?


We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time. However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone!
